CSV Import Format

Provide one or more identifiers per row so the importer can match nodes by IP and/or MAC. Custom columns prefixed with meta. become node metadata.

Required

  • Identifier — primary lookup (IP, MAC, or your own ID)
  • IdentifierType — ip or mac (accepts comma/semicolon separated values)

Recommended

  • Name — node display name
  • ComponentType — type/category for classification
  • IP / MAC — additional identifiers (comma/semicolon separated)

Optional

  • Tags, Notes
  • Latitude, Longitude — decimal degrees for map placement
  • meta.* — any custom metadata (meta.Owner, meta.Location, etc.)
